Join Lorenzo Lo Piccolo to discover the wild vastness of the fungal kingdom through a dynamic presentation which includes an introduction to fungi; foraging search tips, safety, and sustainability; mushroom identification; and a walkthrough of Michigan's most prominent mushroom species throughout the seasons. You will be able to inspect a collection of curated local mushrooms.

End of Life Options presented by Compassion & Choices

Compassion & Choices advocates for improved care for one’s end-of-life: hospice, palliative care, VSED, and medical aid in dying. At this program they’ll dispel myths and misinformation by providing accurate details. They’ll discuss advanced directives and being transparent with family and friends. Compassion & Choices will educate adults on how to maintain their personal medical autonomy.
